Licensing, Technical Support Upgrades

License fees are a one time only charge and include technical support and updates to the latest release throughout the first year. After the first year, an annual maintenance fee of 20% of the then current licensing fee provides ongoing technical support and updates. Professional, Enterprise and OEM editions require a signed license agreement. Any edition level may be upgraded within 90 days of purchase for additional developer seats, viewer licenses, or migration to the next edition. We reserve the right to withdraw technical support for obsolete program releases. OEM Edition license fees are individually negotiated based on your requirements.

License fees include the base amount plus a developer seat fee if applicable plus a distributable viewer fee if applicable. For example, the Professional edition starts at $12,000 with 1 - 5 distributable viewers. The Enterprise edition starts at $25,000 with a single developer seat and 1 - 5 distributable viewers.

Customization

A certain allowance for customization or new feature development is included with the OEM edition, as negotiated on a case by case basis. Customization for the Professional and Enterprise editions is quoted on a time and materials basis. Customization is not offered for the Personal edition.
